Refund policy
At Gungho Golf, we are committed to providing high-quality golf simulators and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below:
1. Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Window: You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. After this period, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Restocking Fees: Enclosures, built-ins, retractable setups, foam are subject to a 15% restocking fee when returned. Turf is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging before returning.
*All sales are final on ProTee items (no refunds or returns)
*Foam wedges and tiles are non refundable and cannot be returned
2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within the 30-day window, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
3. Third-Party Products
For third-party products, including but not limited to launch monitors, projectors, 15ft rolls of turf, and Fiberbuilt mats, all resellers must follow the return policies listed on their respective websites.
Restocking Fees: Most third-party items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please check the specific terms on the reseller’s website before initiating a return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide further instructions to facilitate the process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like software, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and certain products from third-party manufacturers who do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Retractable Screens have a 15% Exchange Fee, must be in new and unused condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
