Ease of alignment	Easy alignment. Target alignment can be adjusted up to 10 degrees on the Launch Pro via the FSS Alignment Stick. Hardware reliability	Excellent. A small fraction of units, perhaps 1% in my experience, need to be sent back for repair of some kind. The vast majority of users report years of trouble-free use.	Too early to tell. Since this monitor gas not been on the marjet long enough we cannot put a good estimate on this. Although the ceiling mpunted units show great durability and the Uneekor warranty is great.
Company support	Good. Can be hard to get ahold of but once you do they are great.	Excellent, they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They will even give you the option where they can remote access your computer and fix ant issues you may have.
Customer Satisfaction	Excellent record of satisfied customers since 2021. I have not seen very many of these returned.	It's too early to have exact numbers, but most early users are very happy, while a few have had issues requiring returning the unit.
Re-sale value	Excellent. Lightly used units should sell for $300-400 under new retail.	A little too early to tell, but I would predict that these will sell for the typical $300-$400 under retail value.
